ive tried the newest version of nvflash same problem, v5.206.0.1. i believe the fans simply cant go to 0% hardware limitation.

ok i believe with the Evga 970 ACX 1.0 fan motor doesnt support 0% fan mode.

my fan curve looks like that, but fans are still spinnning
