I had 660 TI ran it on High, got really nice solid fps.

@zappian I have watch dogs and it runs fine..... Same as Far Cry 4 with loads of items spawning.

@zappian I think It's weird to think that an I3 has hyper threading but I5 does not..... I am thinking of going with the 3770K. Quad core, hyper threaded, It should do the trick for recording, playing, and streaming. Also your I3 should do fine, what GPU do you have?
