    Thank you for your reply, also the refurbished code will be a big help and I will be using that.  I just wanted to check that I wasn't wasting my money, (didn't think I'd get a discount).

    Well, up until today I was a Sr Systems Technician making just over $18 an hour but today I got promoted to a Systems Administrator and make a salary of $45k a year.
     
    I am not sure how that compares to other places as I've only ever worked at one place, but to me it's a lot of money.
