Why does my r9 270 keep spiking to 90+ then drop down to 40 while playing non intense graphic game like League and other. I use MSI afterburner to check my gpu usage.

I found Linus channel when I was looking for a video card. The r9 270 twin frozer was the one review.The next day I got it.
