Ok, so the GPU part of that I totally agree with, I didn't even think of that card. With the CPUs I find for the price per power, i series CPU are better in the gaming spectrum.

Personally, I think your build is underpowered, so I would stick to something low-tier as your GPU will rarely be your bottleneck, so the Radeon r7 240 seems like it would be okay for this build.

Well, if worse comes to worst you can use Linux running off a flash drive to backup all the files then reinstall Windows, but I hope you never have to reach that stage. Good luck!

Well, I've heard the Logitech 7.1 headsets are good and comfortable. I personally do not think Razer makes good products for the price, but to each their own. Written on my Razer Blackwidow.

Well, first off get rid of the Xeon and go with an i5, or an i7 if you need great video editing speeds. I would go with at LEAST a second card in SLI, or drop the triple monitor setup.
