PCIE has a higher priority over integrated graphics so it will auto-switch as-soon as a GPU is detected.

Also if you want SLI, a z97 motherboard will be needed, h81, h97, b85 motherboards are cheap, but do not support SLI.
If video editing, 16GB is recommended, but I know you're in a budget of 1000 euros for the pc, so 8GB is fine, just save some money and buy another pair of 4GB modules
