In their terms of agreement when you go to download this free game, there is a line in which you waive your ability to ever sue Ubisoft or receive compensation for poor game releases.
"You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Ubisoft Entertainment S.A.,"
Horribly dirty play from Ubisoft. But then again what else have we ever come to expect from them?
