Hello Linustechtips forum. I was wondering if you guys could help me on a problem I have with my drives. I was trying to make my computer into a hackintosh the other day and I read online that it would be better if you put the bootable dmg file on a hard drive instead of a usb. This means that I would be erasing a hard drive and making it bootable for hackintosh. Anyways, the important part is that I ended up formatting one drive from my RAID 0 array consisting of two drives for 2tb total. I formatted it as HFS but I didnt realize untill like 2 seconds after. The good part though, is that I dont think I really did much damage cause the system froze once I started the process.
So basically, I am trying to find a way to "fix" half of my raid array so I can get all of my files back since they are currently in an unreadable state. Something to do with maybe reformatting the partitions or something so they are readable again, but not erasing any files in the process.
