What are they cooling, the CPU? If so, I'd say have the 240mm rad. on the top as exhaust. And instead of 2 intake fans, place the 120mm fan from the bottom as an exhaust fan at the back. UPDATE: 1 of the 4 G.Skill DIMMs don't seem to be working. I must have missed this earlier. The system boots fine with 3 DIMMs.

Just tried running it outside of the case, with only basics connected. Still no difference. Going to RMA it.

Just tried that, nothing changed. I have 2 power supply cables: the ATX12V1(CPU) and ATXPWR1(mobo). I can't see any bent things on the MB. Can't enter the bios either. My processor seems to be seated correctly. You are correct. Yeah I have reseated everything a few times. It seems it's most likely a faulty motherboard.

Power cables are all seated correctly. I am thinking it is a faulty MB.

Have already tried multiple PCIe slots and have tried getting into the BIOS, neither seems to work.
