  1. I think I'll try to solder usb 3 header from my old pc(z77x-up5). I just discovered I had 3x usb 3 headers. 6 years old board have more usb 3 headers then a 6 months old board. In the past 2 decades I had so many gigabyte's board and they were all high-quality except z390 master.
  2. It says ASUS and I have gigabyte, yesterday I checked the 2 board and they seem to be the same but 20$ for a change it won't work Ah, I took a small look on PCI-E to 20 pin I think everyone card I saw need to install a driver.
  3. I see you need to install some driver, I can't trust this driver is not virus. I have USB Type-C™ port, with USB 3.1 Gen 2 support, so I thought to find an adapter to 20pin
  4. I thought to buy new one and solder it, but the board looks thick.
  5. Hi, I bend 2 pins and I tried to fix it after a few tries one of them broke. I think that broken pin is important. now I don't know what to do. I will glad for some help Z390-master
  6. My previous processor consumed 77W on load and the temps was 60-70 Celsius, now my currect cpu 9900k consume 200w on load with temps of 80 degress Celsius. If I understand that right, for lower power consumption I need to get a better cooler. Is that right?
  7. Yea, I already found this. it says for asus motherboard and in the comments someone tried to used it on gigabyte motherboard and it didn't work
  8. Hi, I'm trying to find a cable from usb 3.1 type c connector(from motherboard) to usb 3.0 20pin connector (to front panel). Does it exist? I have a gigabyte board

    Noctua D14 with i9-9900k

Just updating, yesterday I received the 9900k. it seems that under full load on prime95 the cpu gets thermal throtting. In BFV it fine I run it on ultra and 1440p. In idle the temps are 30-45.
  10. I ordered a ram , motherbaord and 9900k, the ram is CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 motherboard is GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS MASTER. I googled the ram and the motherboard and I looked on the gigabyte manual, I can't find a 100% answer if that fit to the motherboard Does it fits?

  15. I want to buy new PC, I thought to wait for the Intel 10mn but we already know they won't get release before 2019 (maybe 2020). My PC specs are: I7-3770k @ 4.2Ghz 16GB DDR3 1866MHz GA-Z77X-UP5 GTX1080Ti If I decide to buy new PC I think I'll go for i9-9900k . My PC is 6 and half years old, it still doing his job. What do you think I need to do? Sorry for my bad English.
