  1. The CPU cooler Fans "NH14" I used the medium quiet cord to connect both into the CPU fan connector on the mobo..."so the CPU fan opt isn't being used". But the 3 fans connected to the Fractal case speed/voltage controller is connected directly to the Power Supply. So a total of 5 fans connect to the mobo. Using only four outputs. 2 CPU fans connected with one medium quiet cable to CPU fan on mobo. Fan 1 & 2 connectors on mobo are the Corsair on the top of case pumping out Fan 3 connector on mobo is Noctua pumping air out on back of case
  2. @Dani360c No it is controlled directly to the 3 pin motherboard connector. "Fan 3"
  3. Hey, I built a desktop recently Specs: 4770k haswel Gigabyte ud3h black edition 2x8GB Corsair Ram Samsung Pro 250GB SD Random old Sata Drive Visiontek Radeon HD 7750 - running 6 monitors 8 Fans total - 2 are on the CPU cooler (Noctua NH14) 3 fans are on a controller switch provided by the case (Fractal XL or something) the biggest one. 2 Blowing Air out of the case are Corsair 120mm 1 Noctua 140mm Blowing air out the back 2 Noctuas on the CPU cooler 850 watt Roswell Gold Pus certified. Problem: First off I've reflashed the bios properly with a bootdrive. I boot the computer and it turns on for 1 second then off then back on like its readjusting the fans or detecting everything. Press on buttons, fans light up & spin really fast. Then PC fans & lights turn off then back on. A flicker I'd call it. What does this mean? I have a noctua fan blowing air out the back. BUT it takes 3 reboots for it to get spinning. When I boot up and it isn't spinning it's twitching like it's trying to spin but not getting enough power. It's becoming winter now and I'm in a very low insulated room of the house "Very cold" 65-70 degrees ishhh. Could the mobo be getting too cold on boot up?
  4. I don't know much about vesa stands, and which ones are quality and which brands to stay away from. All I have to go buy is Linus recommending ErgoTech. I'll be mounting 27" inch monitors & and I need it each monitor to be able to swivel I'm highly picky about my screen viewing angles. This is the type of mount of stand I want just to give you an idea- 6 monitors: http://www.ergolcd.com/Ergotech-3-Over-3-100-D28-B33-Desk-Stand.html I need some recommendations and other opinions. What to stay away from... What are good brands.. etc.. Thanks!!
  5. Did I mention I'm partially color blind @Aniallation @failblox
  6. OK, since both DVI and HDMI give me the same result. Do I want the monitor that's IPS or non IPS? @Travo97 @Aniallation
  7. @ForsakenLive You are my savior I understand what you said thanks but here are the links. 8. @Travo97 I've watched it twice, but still the internet gives me different and similar information. Display port Rules everything then what is its DVI or HDMI for video quality using a Radeon HD 7750 mini displayport to.... DVI or HDMI
  9. Soo I'm making a multimonitor desktop for business purposes. These are on sale for the same price. I'm using Radeon HD 7750 6 port mini display. I don't care about sound. Which monitor is better (I know the sizes are .2 cm different lol). But since I'm using minidisplay ports with active adapters to convert to either HDMI or DVI. BUTTTT Which of the two is better, I've done tons of Googling and all I can find is a) HDMI supports better resolution b/c of HDMI 1.4 so therefore its better BUT b)DVI is better because it can support higher refresh rates so therefore it's better. Which ports do I want on the back of my damn monitor for the best quality using mini display ports DVI or HDMI. I would get a display with display port but they are hard to find and on sale. http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors_Projectors/VN248HP/ http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors_Projectors/VE247H/
  10. @Sidiox Whats the difference between a monitor with Full HD 1080p and one without. http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors_Projectors/VN248HP/ This one has the 1080p http://www.asus.com/us/Monitors_Projectors/VE247H/ This one doesn't but has a better contrast ratio this is the monitor I'm currently using - http://www1.viewsonic.com/products/desktop-monitors/va2448m-led.htm - has full hd and 10,000,000:1 contrast
  11. http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/1389205/ maybe?
  12. Viewsonic's are fine they don't bug me, I'm using one right now. I'm just looking for a cost efficient way to maximize my display without breaking the bank. It's not going to be used for BF4 or some ridiculous game. I have the Radeon HD 7750 with eyefinity 6ports ready to go.
  13. Not thick thick, but like 1/2'' to 3/4'' i guess. Bezels don't bug me, unless they are just ridiculous lol
  14. Hey, I'm doing a multiple monitor setup using eyefinity, and my business requires the need for additional "work space." Mainly used for charts, spreadsheets, surfing the web, and the occasional game. I already have a 24'' Viewsonic. But I'm just looking for inexpensive but good quality monitors, and fast response time. A website recommended these. I want to start at 4 monitors and add later. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005BZNDOO/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B005BZNDOO&linkCode=as2&tag=gott0b0-20 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IUX6HPQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2NG4HB43UEDVL Any ideas or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
