  1. When i have that problem, I go to another pc and download the installer onto a flash drive
  2. The Nvidia Shield tablet has a great screen, front facing speakers and is really fast. I'd recommend that
  3. Freenas and pfsense looks interesting to me. As far a pfsense though, I know that I will need something like an intel noc, but do I need to upgrade my processor or ram? Like I said earlier, its a very old pc with an intel core 2 duo @2.5 w/ 3gb of ram, will that be enough? And freeNAS and pfsense are both orperating systems right, so I can only run one or the other right? or can I run both simultaneously on one pc?
  4. Rainbow Six Siege looks like it will give csgo a rub for its money, i love the dynamic environments showed off.
  5. I took my old pc running windows vista and installed linux mint on it because vista is terrible. I was wondrering, what kind of cool features does linux bring to the table, what can I use it for? I could use it as a steam machine or nas, but I really don't know too much about linux and would like to know all the improvements it brings over windows. Thanks.
  6. @YoshideJong I recently build my own pc with an Asus gtx 750ti 2gb ddr5. Its only $150. m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=14-121-855 It gets me about 75fps on bf4 high/ultra and even more when you overclock with asus' overcloking software. At least in my case, it stays at about 65 degrees Celsius when under load. (this is a great temp) I would definately reccomend this card.
  7. You all have valid responses, but I personally think that he one+one is for me because of the sd card slot, good screen and decent camera over the nexus 5. If I can get my hands on it... The nexus 5 would probably still be my backup though.
  8. I am looking for an off contract phone in the $300-$500 price range I am willing to make sacrifices on stuff like the speakers and camera because the screen quality is the most important part for me. A good addition would be a sd card slot because I like to use my phone as a mobile media collection.
  9. Hi, I am looking to upgrade from my iphone 4. I am a light user, mainly using it for emails, videos, and the occasional game. Recently, my iphone has been getting very slow and battery life isn't what I would like. I have heard some good things from the nexus 5, so I was thinking of upgrading to that because of the price and os. Are there any other phones I should look into? What would you recommend?
