    any idea on how i can retrieve those files? maybe by reverting back?

    My grandfather had like 100 files on his desktop on windows 8 and when he upgraded to windows 10 all of them disappeared. I have searched his whole hard drive or where i think they would be and cannot find them. Anyone have any advice?

    it just opens up the windows update thing again and gives me the same error. also i didnt see "upgrading this pc"

    Whenever i try to update my windows 8 to 10 once its about to finish, it comes up with this error. Error= http://prntscr.com/a4j42n Idk i've googled the issue but found nothing that worked for me or it was too complicated for me to understand or execute. would appreciate any help you guys could give me.

    I have no clue how to mount it kind of a rook when it comes to doing stuff like this.
