    nope just like in the video all the lights stay on and my PC doesnt see it at all its very weird. That's why i want to understand why and what happen. I know it has nothing to do with windows because the problem happens before windows even boots which you can see in the video i dont even have my SSD hooked up and i still get the problem. It has to be the mobo or my card doesnt like that PCI slot or the 16x doesnt work right with my card or shit im lost at that point.

    I did put it in another PC and i was able to play games and have the video card seen by the device manager and installed the drivers. Worked like it should. I have a 1050w seasonic gold the funny thing is im playing games right now and using it just like i was before this happen but its just in a different PCI slot. which is the 8x slot.

    I did do that and it did not see it at all, it was like nothing was in that slot which is weird. When i put the old GPU in that same slot it showed up and worked. thanks

    I know its not the GPU because it is working right now but in the 8x slot the 2nd PCI slot that i showed in the video and i do not have it OCed at all. thanks

    Really? would that only make my 7970 stop working in that PCI slot because in the video i was able to boot up the old video card and it worked fine in that PCI slot. Thanks for the comment.

    Nothing is wrong with the PCI-E cables and the power supply is good because the GPU is running just fine right now in the 2nd PCI slot its just at 8x and not the 16x like i would like it to be. Thanks for the comment

    Yes, I did do this and as you can see in the pic here http://imgur.com/8BKOwgj on the left you can see the server and i have the drivers linked to my PC but i still cant see it under the "Computer" where it always was and i have no idea how to get it back.

    Alright my aunt is having problems and she lives in a different state so i just can't drive over there but teamviewer is so nice. I have told her to unplug everything that she does not use, so the only things that are plugged in are the mouse, keyboard, and monitor She has not installed anything new, which makes me think its her RAM and i have run malwarebytes and microsoft essentials and nothing comes up. I have the HTML file attached and I have a text file as well. report.html bluescreens.txt Thanks to anyone that can help.

    alright well i thought i would post something here and not leave it open ended, but for the people that helped thanks http://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/1cif33/black_screen_after_windows_boots_have_no_idea/ think the mobo is the problem because of the bios with the crazy letters
