i doubt he'll care much about noise just as long as he doesnt have lag when he tries to play a game

it'll be a while before i can find out he's busy atm

I believe he has a dual core, he just told me he was getting 90-99% usage trying to play Diablo 3 on lowest settings

looks good and for a cpu cooler hyper 212 evo should be good? or overkill

I'm trying to piece together a semi decent build for my friend with a USD budget of $500, he already has peripherals and i'll try reusing the hard drive. It'll be used for gaming on medium to high settings and normal internet use.
