  8. "I understand that you'd like to know about seller information for "Logitech g502 spectrum" item. I've checked the seller information on our website and see that there are few sellers who are new on our website. However please don't worry, we investigate about the seller's before they join amazon.ca We'd request you to please check the seller information before placing the order's with them. In case if you face any problem with the seller's after placing the order, please don't worry we'd contact the seller on your behalf and resolve the issue at the earliest. If the seller doesn't respond we have a-z claim as well to resolve the issue for you. 13. Freenas box may not be connected to the internet. Plugins and updates cannot be reached. Must be a networking issue all together. Any suggestions for how to fix? My files are accessible on LAN
  14. I am running FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd) I will try that repository thanks. this is my current repository: http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo Still not working. It doesnt even show my downloaded plugins and the available plugins. Do i need to dedicate a nic to WAN or something like that?
  15. My Freenas plugins menu does not show any available plugins. The loading times to see my installed plugins and time to check for available plugins takes over 5 minutes. Running multiple plugins also has problems (seems like IPs are messed up). Plex kind of runs okay, just no direct connection outside my network. I need some help. Thanks
  16. Just set my Google Chrome theme back to default and now it's blazing fast!! NO more lag!

  17. I have gone on multiple forums and Reddit (home defense and security camera) sections and noticed many users were very satisfied with their hikvision cameras. However, I think trendnet is just a more expensive rebranded version of hikvision. What's your company called? Do you do installs? Any tips for me? thanks
  18. I don't want to wait for shipments from China. I have also heard that most of the Hikvisions from abroad have Chinese non upgradeable firmware, idk about warranty. I have called local dealers but they only sell to "certified" installers.
  19. I am thinking of getting these PoE cameras. http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX51991 http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX51992 It seems as though Hikvision cameras are very popular; however, they are harder to buy from reputable sellers here in Canada. What do you guys think? Any other brand/model suggestions? thx
  20. I think stucco is regular concrete wall, so I might predrill with a concrete drill bit with my Dewalt Compact hammering drill then use the screws attached on metal cable fasteners. BTW, this is for a home security DIY project. For one part I need the ethernet to travel from my conduit to the eaves (soffit) on the wall. I want some type of conduit to prevent people from tampering. What pvc should I use for that? Do you think it is easier to just run the ethernet along the wall without conduit instead of burying the cable in the ground?
  21. Actually I think temperature isnt a huge factor, since the cable internals are copper and I dont intend on moving or bending the cable in the cold. I will ask the seller as well. I will probably end up burying in the ground without pvc, less work. thanks
  22. I got this direct burial Ethernet cable, wondering if I can bury the cable in the ground. However, in my area it drops to -25C in the winter. Any special precautions or procedures for burying? BTW, does anyone know how to fasten this cable to a stucco wall as well? thnaks http://www.ebay.ca/itm/190560552141?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  23. Those are really nice switches ,but I don't want to spend that much.
  24. Sounds good, I just need this PoE switch for my cameras. This PoE switch will be connected to my gigabit switch. Im pretty sure the switch will provide enough power to the cameras . Thanks
  25. Very convincing argument , I will get this then and expand if need be. So the switch ports 5-8 have to connect to my switch and the 1-4 for PoE. This is the camera I am getting: http://www.trendnet.com/support/supportdetail.asp?prod=210_TV-IP311PI#tabs-solution03 P-Link TL-SF1008P 10/100Mbps 8-Port PoE Switch, 4 POE ports, IEEE 802.3af, 53W https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B003CFATT2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pmN7xbY769D98
