  1. Here's a picture of my current drive setup: https://gyazo.com/b4e5aae70487444429f20509673f0515 I want to get only the operating system on to the B: drive, if that's possible...
  2. So my friend was having issues with his graphics card and upon inspecting it more and trying it in different computers, it outputs fine but isn't able to show beyond bios. When the monitor is plugged into the iGPU, it boots to windows 10 fine, but with it plugged into the graphics card, won't go past BIOS. Anyway to fix this or is the card dead?
  3. Fuck it, I'll try that this weekend. Good suggestion <3
  4. The computer has worked perfectly off of integrated graphics though.
  5. When the computer powers on and the monitor is plugged into the graphics card, nothing shows up. The fans still spin. No clue about Error Codes, new to troubleshooting components.
  6. It was running with an i5-4690k and on a 600 w power supply, so my original thought was that it tried to draw too much power and something broke. Is there anyway we can investigate what happened to the card?
  7. I've noticed that when I'm playing a game and have something else on my second monitor like a youtube video, the main monitor appears to have some frame dropping, even though my FPS number doesn't drop.
  8. My current setup is a GTX 970, i5-4590, 16 gb ram, and my motherboard is the Z97X-SLI. I've tried finding out an answer but nothing seems to be specific enough to help.
  9. I just got the EVGA GTX 970 today and noticed there's only one DVI port and multiple HDMI ports. One of my monitors is plugged in fine to the DVI port but my motherboard also has a DVI and VGA port. Is there a way I can run my main monitor through the DVI GPU port and my secondary through the motherboard's VGA port or should I just buy a VGA to HDMI adapter?
  10. Friend is looking for a new case, one that's going to be transfer around a bit as moving to college and back, so I expect a mid tower would be the best. It's a pretty beefy computer, 980, i7 4770 I think, and water cooling might be a goal in the future. Thanks for anyone who can refer me to a good case for the price.
  11. That's what I thought to do, but I cannot find where do to that.
