Fiber is no way cheap. Speaking as someone who is in the fiber industry, for a managed solution and the speeds they were asking for, they price they were given were honestly pretty fair. I hope they pulled permits though because those are what take forever in the states.

Well, Reddit is in the process of going public with an IPO. So I can see why they wouldn't want any negative press right now. It just so happened that a mod was affected in a major sub that this entire thing got attention in the first place. I doesn't help that Reddit Admins have been known in the past to look pass previous subs like r/jailbreak. What some people say was the largest collection of soft child porn on the internet until it got deleted after advertisers caught wind of it.

That's how it was scanned apparently) Which caused the admins to claim the following . With mods complaining that they didn't receive the same amount of help from being doxed. Along with claims of vote and comment manipulation that reddit has been caught doing before. This also caused the Streisand Effect to happen with this post on r/AskReddit making the r/all page. My thoughts This is not the publicity that Reddit wants right now because they are in the process of going public with an IPO. Granted, it was their own doing in hiring her in the first place. How she was promoted to admin with that background is beyond me. What's even scarier is that apparently she was a mod for subs like r/teenager and r/lgbt+. I wouldn't want someone like that to be in charge of leading young kids like that. I get that she shouldn't be doxed but at the same time all this information is available to the public already and it was reddit's own auto-moderator that caused this situation to be uncovered in the first place. There also claiming that just posting an Admin's name is now doxing. It's not, most people consider doxing as posting emails, phone numbers, addresses, and close friends and family members as doxing. Reddit is now in the middle of another controversy and long grudges on how the Admins run the site are being brought to the forefront. So, in the end, right now there is no big difference between the performance of an SSD and m.2. Other than prices when looking at booting and gaming.

what is the difference then between an SSD and the Samsung 960 EVO 1TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive? In the point of view of using it for windows and games.

I am wondering if the new advances in m.2 mean that it is replacing ssds as a boot drive and storage devices? what are yall's thoughts?

I dont look at per core but the sensor on the mother board behind the socket to tell me the temp of my cpu. If you are wondering I have the sabortooth r2.0 motherboard. I will try that and thanks for letting me know what 30/5 means!

Other people have already pointed out what I miss inturpreted. The program I use states the temps in C but I am american so I thought they were F. My bad. Also I am using a program through my mother board since it tells temps from different parts of the board. As far as I know they are corect. Thanks. And yes I do. I find that is when it happens but I have a ethernet connection with a 30/5 connection. I do not know what that means though if you can help with that. All i know from tests I have done I am getting what I pay for for what internet is concerned.

I have a gtx970 that blows the hot air out the back of the case and not keep it in the case but in games like gta and battle field 4 when a lot of explosions and what not are happening on screen I will start to lag some. enough that it is noticable. It is not because of heat now just something else in my system. Maybe gpu?

I know that I am throttling because I have no reason to lag in certain situations and i look over to see my temps and it will be at 55 or 56 C (this was before my h80i gt) and a p[rogram I have showing that my cpu indeed is throughtling. About 50 degrees C is when it is under load. Sorry I keep forgetting it is in C while I am american and use F. I am using the asus thermal radar of the sabertooth motherboard 2.0 if I am not mistaken. I do not really know what I am talking about so this is why I am coming to ya'll.
