  1. I managed to get the Cooler Master Storm Trigger with Cherry MX Green Switches when they had it on the web store so I thought I'd leave a review. First, the switches: Coming from blues on the Blackwidow Ultimate to this I find it to be a lot better. The blues were light for me so I ran into issues with double tapping or not pressing far enough. The heavier greens take care of that but might tire out someone who types for hours on end, but for medium length gaming sessions, when I'm not using my Orbweaver, and moderate daily computer use it's perfect for me. Second, the overall construction: It's a solid keyboard with very good rubber feet. The whole keyboard has almost like a soft touch finish on it and the wrist wrest is comfortable without being massive or ugly like the Steelseries 7G. Third, the USB hub: This is where I start to have complaints, while I like the detachable cable so if anything were to happen to it I could replace it with any mini-b USB cable. The USB hub itself is unpowered So you can't use it for much unless you buy a 5v power adapter, which they don't include. Fourth, the lighting: Again I've got some complaints with it, overall it's pretty good, they don't allow it to get too bright unless you buy the power adapter but the levels are good. The complaint I have is that some of the keys, like F1-F11, are lit unevenly or aren't as bright as the others, such as the "7" key, I'll post some pictures below to show what I mean. Fifth, the software: Coming from Razer's Synapse to the Cooler Master software is somewhat of a let down. You can't use the software to change profiles, you can only do that after exiting and using the storm logo key and whatever number profile you want. Now I don't use macros so the gaming keys on the left I would have liked to set to open programs but they don't allow you to, you can change a lot of the other keys, with the exception of the function keys, but not the gaming keys witch makes them useless for me. So overall If your looking for green switches I would recommend it, if you can find it, but it's got it's downsides. On another note is there any one else in North America that was able to get one? They took the page down before they even shipped it to me and now you can't get it. And if anyone with more experience with the software has anything to help me with getting the gaming keys to launch programs it would be appreciated. Pictures aren't that good but they should get the point across.
