Newer versions of windows come with all neceseray drives in them and download anything missing automaticaly from the internet if its needed. In your case you only need to get the lates nvidia driver from nvidia.com and maybe the audio driver from the ASRock webiste.

For amd I would look up amd driver update and hit the first link. Once on there site click on the auto detect and install that will find the right driver for you and install it
