I have my list of parts to do a PC. How do you rank it?

This is my first time to build a PC. I chose my parts by using www.pcpartpicker.com and watching many youtube videos on how to build a pc. Before I buy the parts, I want to get advice on wether i've chosen the right stuff. Thanks!
