Day Five - Folding Month 2018

Things have been mostly quiet out on the folding front, although there have been a fair few rank changes, these were all expected and not many surprises have been seen. The question is, is this the start of ranks being solidified for the most part. We the days go on we should start some see some real performance bands appearing, where gaps open up in the ranks showing the different level of hardware we have running in the event! Day Four - Folding Month 2018.

We have seen some movement over the last 24 hours or so and its been quite exciting, today we folding over 85 percent of LTTs total production! Also guys due to the sheer number of inactive names on out database, if you haven't registered your folding name with Stanford by the time the application form closes(November 6th, 23:00GMT) then you will be removed from the database and will no longer be able to participate.    And, the standings so far are as follows, The King is managed to h

Day Three - Folding Month 1018.

I pulled an all-nighter night before last to get the spreadsheet fixed, So last night I crashed and slept like a baby, the spread should be fixed, some of today's points production may seem high for a few people but that was to bring them in line with their real total points. The week column is perfect, thus the most important data is not exactly as needed. The reports should be completely accurate from now on unless mistakes are made. Day Two - Folding month 2018

Well guys, the second day has passed and oh what a day it has been! The spreadsheet is broken currently and I am single-handedly doing a validation of all entries manually. That is points and work units, for over 220 participants, for 3 days worth of data. It is taking some time, but we will get there! so, DISCLAIMER: I am pretty sure there are some errors in this update, the sheer flood of new applicants overwhelmed the spreadsheet we are using and well it broke... just a little. Day One - Folding Month 2018

On the first day of the event we have seen four people take more than half of all the points for the event members. We have, rather expectly, King Poet in first place with just shy of 5 million points, with a sizeable gap to myself with 2.3 million.. Porina and Gorgon coming up in the next group both just a little over 1.8 million. Dissit and Palespartan are both hovering around the 1.5 million point mark for today. T-0 Days

Well the time has come, the time to work out if all of your efforts, the tinkering, the overclocking and the system building was worth it, the time where you rigs will be tested, tested with long up-times, blistering heat, number crunching every minute of every day. Well there have been yet another bunch of people join up, we are at one off from hitting the big 130! Thank you everyone who has shown support, the team has exploded, the production of the team even more so. T- 3 days(or round about), Folding month 2018

Well it is that time again folks. We are now up to 114 sign-ups, damn it is spectacular to see, the only downside is the amount of work I have taken on.  Thanks to Gorgon for helping out to ease some of that! One thing I have to say is once the month is over I really hope to see you guys continuing to fold. T- 4 days

Well we are starting to heat up with the WAN show shout out there has been an explosion of people signing up, 94 in all as of time of writing! Please remember guys if you are participating them you need to be folding for the Linus Tech Tips team or your points will not be counted. I have seen a couple others points dip the last day or two, I'm guessing you are either experimenting with your overclocks or you have been having some much needed maintenance, either way, I hope it has been helpful.

Just a short update. We are now up to 32 sign ups! We had a WAN show shout out so maybe we can get a few more to come along over the next few days. Guys, if you think someone would like to be involved then spread the word to them! Tell your friends across the forum.
