Well it's obvious it is over heating, I had the same problem with my PC and all I did was just clean all the dust inside. I would recommend you to give it to someone to check maybe something else is wrong with it.

The only things i can recomend doing is reinstalling the games or software that crashes and getting better thermal paste inside your laptop.

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is an error message for either if there is a system hardware failure or the Windows driver failure, it may be because of the communication between the Driver that Windows was installed in they are not responding, or RAM, HDD, anywhere where your system could not respond to. Here are some instructions from the Web

  1. Reboot or close the Windows 8.1 PC
  2. When the PC starts press “F8” on the keyboard or another combination would be “Shift + F8”.
  3. The “Recovery Mode” should start.
  4. From within the “Recovery Mode” you need to select “Safe Mode” by following the instructions on the screen.
  5. After the Computer boots up in “Safe Mode”, hover the mouse to the right side of the screen and click in the search box in the start menu.
  6. Type in the search box “Device Manager”
  7. After “Device Manager” is opened we need to update the drivers one by one. This way we will see if one of our drivers has caused this error to appear.
  8. After updating the drivers we need to reboot the PC.
  9. See if you get the same error message.
