What Graphics Card Should I Get

So I'm close to finishing up my personal gaming/streaming rig and I'm having trouble choosing a graphics card. I know the card I'm going to get is going to be used but I cant decide between an EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 or an EVGA GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0. I will be overclocking them to the best of my abilities if that will help in deciding.

It depends on if your willing to spend that much more for about 19% more cores and that last 512MB useful memory. Personally I find the value of the 980 lacking when compared to the 970. I am actually 'settling' for a 970 in my newest build. That being said, I won't be overclocking much (I <3 stability) and it might be worth the extra investment when putting a lot of effort into an overclock.

Thanks for the advice, I will definitely take all that into account when I finally make my decision
