Asus's VX228H seems to be a great option. I've found that 21.5 inches on a 1080p monitor is pretty great, however if you want to get a little larger (23 is my personal sweet spot for 1080p) BenQ's GL2460HM has solid reviews provided you're fine with less than excellent viewing angles. If you want to get a better screen, closer to $200, then I would probably recommend the ASUS VX238H. It seems to have amazing reviews if you're fine with a little thicker bezel. These are just some options, be sure to look around a little more because there could DEFINITELY be better options for you. If I was in the market, I would probably go with the BenQ one because I like three monitors and I would like the thinner bezels. Make sure you read the reviews as well so you know exactly what you'll be unboxing.
