I plan on upgrading eventually to two 980s. will my psu be enough then?

This is my current setup. Is my power supply overkill? i know that over doing power supply can have negative affects, but i don't know what a good balance is. any advice will be much appreciated. will upgrading these to i7 improve performance enough to make me raise budget?

And this is all compatible with each other, and will run efficiently enough for above listed games? and will the liquid cooling be enough cooling for all the parts?

I am totally new to the custom PC world, and i am in need of a professional opinion. I want to build a gaming PC that can run games like Skyrim, Far Cry 4, etc fast and beautifully. I also want it to run very demanding games like Sid Meier's civilization V efficiently. My budget isn't a problem to me, but id like it to stay around $1,500. I know this is a lot to ask for a PC, and if my budget isn't realistic, so be it. I have done minor research and have comprised a list of the parts that i think would work (I understand that these might not even be compatible or even realistic together, but i gave it a shot).
