       ok I will build my pc when I get back to Canada and also I picked up a free 19 inch monitor for free. but I don't know if it's a good Idea to make if as my second monitor(using my second acc because china blocked facebook so I can't log in)

    sure but should I get the nzxt noctis 450 so my pc can look sexy also the acer g7 monitor(sorry about constanly changing my budget)

    R9 290X is better for it's price and GTX 970 is overall faster performance

    one last thing is that I already have a big dubstep cannon(huge speaker) at home so I don't have to spend any budget on my speaker

    right now it's lest than 100$ over budget and it should come down after 2 month maybe I can get my self a wifi mic and a new keyboard and mose
