On April 13 the FCC Published their Net Neutrality Rules that were passed Feburary 26th
The official publication of these rules allows for parties who are against them to file for lawsuit against the FCC.
Within the same day a trad group knowledge as USTelecom filed for a suit against the FCC saying that the FCC rules: "violates federal law, including, but not limited to, the Constitution, the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and FCC regulations promulgated thereunder."
USTelecom represents many of the mobile US ISPs.
