I think its defective cpu because all CPU should Run smoothly on stock hsf and default mobo settings. Abnormal cpu temp reading can be confirm by touching the hsf. And its a common problem of apu when using its igp.

I have bad experience few in FM1 series Apu CPU like - high heat and hangs, so I need lower the CPU clock and put a VC card to fix it Question: Do I need to replace to a better HSF to normalized the cpu and get back to its IgP? Do fm2 series CPU do any better or still that problem? Or Is intel 3rd gen pentium/celeron (1155) cpu have better cpu and igp in performance and heat problems?
