discord Banned on Discord for trolling

So, the day that this topic was created, I was on LTT's Discord server, and I was chilling. Now, I went into #car and and I said the word "gay". And I got a warning. I was like : Ok. fine, I won't do it again. Then, 24 minutes later, I get this message saying I was permanently banned, when I did nothing wrong after the first warning. I cannot contact a single moderator inside the server. Can someone help me ? I wanted to resolve things. At least know the reason.
