2x6 pin motherboard limitations?

I have a motherboard with 2x6 pin power connectors from the motherboard to the psu. I want to add a graphics card, but want to know if there are any limitations because of the 2x6 pin connectors instead of the standard 24 pin? The graphics card I want to add is either a 750 ti, 950 or 960. The power supply is 450w, so no problem there.

this motherboard doesnt fit ATX spec, it might not work with ATX PSU.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Won't a 24pin to 2x6pin cable fix this though? Other than the 24pin, there doesn't seem to be any connectors on the motherboard that don't fit with a atx psu

the 6pin here might not be the PCIe 6pin spec either, without knowing what voltages it's supposed to receive there's of powering it correctly. ATX 24pin includes 3.3V and 5V connections, but PCIe 6pin or 8pin doesnt have these voltages

The original plan was to move the motherboard, RAM and the cpu from a Hp prodesk 600 g1 (i5 4460, 2x4gb ddr3) to a Fractal design core 1100 and add a Corsair 400 cx along with a graphics card in order to build a fairly cheap gaming pc. If I can't use the 400cx, which psu is compatible with such a motherboard and a standard case besides the sff in the prodesk?

I have no idea. I myself would replace the motherboard at the same time as changing the case.
