Also, I might switch the Cooling system to an air cooler. Maybe like a Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler.

solid build, but I hope you don't plan on ocing your cpu with both your air or water cooling options

Good build, but I would get a NH-D15 instead of that water cooler, and a hyper 212 evo doesn't have enough cooling capacity if you are planning to overclock.
