Samsung slow phone

Hello there guys, I own a samsung galaxy s9 plus and samsung galaxy s8 plus. After I got my recent uptade :' November security patch', my phone has gradually slown down ,I notice lag on opening the app drawer and many of software related issues , I just wanted to know if someone else has this issue.

I kinda do, on my S8+, but I went into dev options and upped the animation speed and it seemed to help. I also use Nova Launcher to make the animations faster and it seems to eliminate lag. The lag issue is supposed to be fixed when One UI comes out early next year.
