OK so the system I'm planning to build is a
Ryzen 2600(will try oc till 4.1ghz)
Rx 580 8gb/ gtx 1060 6gb(Whichever is cheaper. Brand not decided yet.)
Msi B450 Tomahawk
16gb ddr4 2666/3200mhz ram
1 250gb sad and 1 7200 rpm sshd.

I don't think this will need any more than 550w. The problem is I'm from India where there aren't any decently priced tier 2/ tier 3 units available. My budget is Rs.7000 to 8000.These are the only units within this budget.

1)Seasonic M12II EVO Series 520W Modular Power Supply with 80+ Bronze Certification (SS-520GM2)
2)Antec EA750G PRO Earthwatts Gold Pro 750W Hybrid Modular Power Supply /650w /550w
3)Antec True Power 750W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply Unit (Truepower classic written on the box).

All the corsair cxm (grey) series are around Rs.10,000 which is $141 and the csm units are almost double that.

Both the Antecs are on T2 in the updated 2016 tier list but all three belong to the same price range.
I know that the tier list might be inaccurate which is why I need you guys to help me out here.
Any advice would be appreciated.

The rule is, 1 GPU = Max 500 watt.

I think the 520 watt should be enough.

That's an OLD 290watt TDP gpu, i'm talking about gpu in one or two generations.

And that thing doesn't count as a single GPU.

Guys the Issue is about the PSU series and not the wattage.

Problem is, that 520W PSU is S12II. in 2018, those units should not  be bought.

Isn't Antec EA750G Pro rebranded Focus+, which would make it a pretty good unit?

It’s a Focus, not Focus+.

Review https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/antec-earthwatts-gold-pro-750w-psu,5429.html

Its better than Corsair CXM, not by much though.

you can find the 550w variant for rs 5000 - 6000
