H100i V2 VS. ML240L (or neither)


I am debating between getting a Corsair H100i V2 or a ML240 L RGB from Cooler Master.  I have also considered going for air cooling but for that I would probably want to buy an additional fan for my case so that would also need to be factored into the price.  I would be running a Ryzen 5 2600x (95TDP) with an RTX 2070 of some sort inside of an H500i from NZXT which can support up to a 280 mm radiator.   You can suggest an air cooler and fan to go with it or an AIO, i am just looking for advice (I would also not like to spend more than $90-100 USD).

H100i v2 is much better than the ML240L, though more because the ML240L is quite bad rather than H100i v2 being outstanding.


If your case can hold 280mm rad AIOs, the H110i and EVGA CLC280 are much better options than the H100i v2
