My Motherboard Power Supply

my motherboaRD has a 4 pin connecter from the power supply (i have an sff) if i upgrade the power supply to a 500w will i need a certain adapter as the poer supplies come with 24 pins?

Any standard ATX PSU should come with a 24 pin connector.

well then mine does not and it doesnt come with any molexs
