Won't recognize headphones or something

Hey. I have my headhphone sin the front and speakers in the rear. Both worked fine until I reset my pc and now I have no idea why only the speakers work... I connect the headphones and either speakers or headphones only work one at the time or they both work at the same time... This is not a hardware issue, it is a software issue. The speaker + headphones option here is not visable... Only realtek, speaker and my monitor. Why ?!

When you "reset" what did you do exactly? do you mean you pressed the reset button, or do you mean you used the windows reset "refresh my pc" option?

reset my ssd and windows.

OK, you probably need to install the chipset drivers then.
