[Help Wanted] 50-50 work/gaming monitor

Hello, I want to buy a new monitor (my current one is crap  1920x1080, 60Hz, TN).

I have RTX 2080 and I am 50% time programming on the PC and 50% gaming (mostly FPS - Battlefield, PUBG, etc.) so my requirements are G-Sync, at least 144Hz and better than 1920x1080. I am not sure about the Wide Screen - I am using it at work and it is great but I am not sure how it is with gaming, isn't gaming better on 16:9 ratio? Anyway, my picks are these monitors:

 

Dell Alienware AW3418HW

Acer Predator Z321QU

Acer Z301C

Acer Predator XB271HU

 

Can anyone help me decide which would be better for me and why? Any personal experience with these monitors? Bad ones or good ones? Or would you recommend a different monitor for me?
