Created list for new PC but experts advice needed.

hello guys
help me with the rig.mainly for watching movies,casual gaming for few hrs ,sometimes Photoshop editing and maybe projector in future.
Only thing that is decided is that im gonna buy i7 but is it going to be 8400 or 8600k,that i don't know.
budget is 115k indian rupees.

going to use keyboard,mouse from other system.

below is just rough components i choose without advice from experts.

 i'm no expert, but i can help, this all looks good, what i would do..i would buy an i5 8600k and go for a better gpu with the extra money left but that s just me, for gaming at 1080p or higher that would be a good option, if you are not just gaming on it , it s perfect like that .

This mobo because it has more than enough current capabilities and things like post code display and buttons to help with overclocking debug.

 

This power supply because it's cheap (among its competitors) and well-built. Similar internal design to Seasonic Focus series.

 

The thing is, your GPU choice is horribly wrong. RX 580 and GTX 1060 6GB perform equally on average, and I have no idea why would you spend twice as much on that RX 580.

 

RAM choices are pretty much equal. Yours clock higher, but mine has slightly better timings.

i been googling around and made some changes too and increased some budget.one think i forgot to mention before is that wanted to OC 8700k.
