AMD A8-K Series Overclock Temp

Hey guys, i just wanted to know, I'm really a poor so i don't have a money to buy a liquid cooler, but I could make a DIY Liquid cooler
but still is this still safe to overclock the AMD-A8 K-Series? its been Overclocked to 4.1 Ghz and the Temp is 78-79 Degrees Celcius 

 

 

does it still safe to overclock at 4.1 Ghz on AMD A8-7650k Processor in the temperature of 78 Degrees Celcius?
