?whats a good equal sided mouse with a good sensor

My mouse sensor design has some issues any advice on what to get as a new mouse preferably equal sided with 4 or 2 side buttons.

I love all the Logitech mice that I've ever had, i personally perfer the right handed mice with a thumb shelf.

 

Something like this may fit your needs.
