Help me to choose , It’s better to upgrade my VGA or another component first

I want to upgrade my PC for gamming only, i better to upgrade my VGA or upgrading another component. 

 

Proccecor : intel i3-3250 3,5Ghz

VGA : Nvidia GeForce Gt 730 DDR3 2GB

Ram : Vengeance Black 8GB DDR3

HDD : WD Blue 1TB

PSU : Digital Alliance 500W 80+ Browns

 

so, i have planning to upgrade my VGA to GTX 1060 3GB or RX 480.  Can you guys, help me to choose another solutions or anything. Thanks You so much.

VGA. get a RX 570, as they are about 150$. already bought a strix 570 3 minute before it went out of stock.

Definitely the graphics card, and see if you can't also get an SSD.
