At this price point it's petty flexible to get either an i5 8600k or a Ryzen 7 2700. Premier makes me think Intel would be better but the Ryzen 7 seems pretty strong in that regard due to the massive thread advantage. Will you be gaming a lot more than anything else? If so, I think the i5 would be best for you.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
