Best system would be the r5 2600. The extra GPU power will serve you well

i woudl go for this build:

Because the extra gpu power will come into play in the more graphically intense vr games.

 

Also AMD(ryzen) cpus are quite a bit cooler and more efficient than intel cpus, so i don't know what the previous person here was on about.
