New Monitor Recommendations?

I currently own 2 LG 34" Ultrawide Monitors (https://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-34UM67-34-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00VBNQJSM) and was considering upgrading one of them to something that is higher resolution and that has a higher refresh rate, (Rainbow Six Siege being the main game I play) in order to take advantage of Black Friday (Or Cyber Monday). I was thinking 144Hz at 2560x1440 (I like the increased vertical resolution) with 1ms response time. I also do some photo editing and video work, so decent color accuracy would be preferred.  My main questions are:

 

1. Would it be hard to adjust from these ultrawides if I got a 27" or thereabouts?

 

2. What recommendations can you guys offer for around the $200 mark with a max of $300.

 

As far as my PC build goes. I have a MSI Vortex G65VR 7RD (Intel Z170, 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz SO-DIMM, 450W PSU, Intel i7-7700 CPU, Discrete MXM GTX 1060 6GB)
