Planning My First PC Build - Any Suggestions?

HowBoutNo

So, I've never built a computer myself before so I want to know if there's any other considerations I should make to my current build setup. This build is focused on gaming, however I will probably also be doing other things like video editing.

This current setup will be a huge and much needed upgrade to the current laptop I'm running on (i7-6700HQ, 16 GB DDR3L, GTX 960M) but I'm not entirely sure if I have everything that I need here or if I need to change/add something on top of this. I'm not really looking to go too far over the current price.

First Setup:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 | CPU COOLER: Arctic Freezer 33 eSports ONE | MB: Gigabyte B450M DS3H | RAM: 2x8GB Team T-Force Vulcan DDR4-3000 | GPU: ASUS Dual GTX 1070 O8G | STORAGE: XPG 240GB NVMe SSD (Boot), Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM | PSU: Rosewill LEPTON 600W | CASE: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L

Looks good, may want to look into a better psu and maybe mobo. Also, do you really need an Evo? I would just get a cheaper 500gb ssd and use the money elsewhere. You could also just use the free version of windows 10 even tho it has a watermark and some limited features

PC: CPU: i5-9600k - CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 - GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 - Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 - RAM: Team - T-Force Delta RGB 16 GB DDR4-3000 - PSU: Corsair - TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - Case: Thermaltake - Core G21 TG

I would most certainly have at the very least a 600W PSU.

450W seems a bit low to me, but then again I'm running 850 which I know is overkill but makes me sleep better.
