"fanless" psu for 350W load

Any recommendations for a "fanless" psu without coil whine? load will be around 350W (RX580 + ryzen 5 1600x). Ideally with long warranty which covers coil whine.

quick serach turned up these options:

Enermax Max tayatan 800W - 150€

sesonic platinum fanless 400W - 120€

SilverStone NJ520 520W -150€

sourcing a 135mm fan to repair the straight power 11 - ?€

Why not get something which doesn't turn fan until certain load?

For example my Seasonic X-650 is fully off until it power goes over around 170 watts ... that only happens when gaming and then the RX 570 fans make way more noise.

Plenty of power supplies that won't be noisy, you shouldn't focus that much on completely fanless power supplies.

replacing the fan should be fairly easy but double check that it's a 135mm fan and see if you can't use a 140mm fan (some companies don't use them because if i remember correctly there were some patents related to 140mm so they use 139mm or 135mm fans but the screw locations are basically in the same locations, or there's holes for multiple sizes.) Make sure you get the same or better flow of air with whatever new fan you use (check the cfm value)

There is not much noise even under full load so getting rid of the fan is the best option. One fan bearing less to worry about.

170W is to low. 350W is the minimum i want.
