What should my next upgrade be.

Hello, 

I have a gaming PC that I want to upgrade but I'm not sure what I should change. It is used for 1080p at 144hz and I was wondering what you guys think I should change. 

Intel I7 6600k OCed to 4.6ghz

980w psu 

Msi gtx 980ti 

16gb of ram

Asrock extreme4 motherboard

256gb ssd

3tb hdd

Hyper 212 evo

Is that build not hitting 144hz at 1080? Only thing I can think of changing is maybe the cpu.

Some games it is but others it doesn't. I should have thrown in at high to ultra details.
