Fractal Nano with GPU

Hello,

    My next build I want a SFF case. Just want to double check a reference style blower cooler is the best option since the card will sit right above the PSU. I plan on getting a Fractal Define Nano with 140mm fans in the front and rear or a front mounted AIO for the CPU. If I mount the AIO on top and have the two 140s in the front, will the reference card still be my best option or start looking up other cards with 2-3 fans? Thanks in advance
