high idle clock speeds gtx 970

Triventular

I just noticed this when someone pointed this out, I don't know why my idle clock speeds are so highCapture.PNG.0f5804935312b4c889f60671e50a5866.PNG

and I don't have anything running when I took the screenshot, its literally this and just the desktop with some background apps (steam, discord) but even with some background apps, it isn't supposed to have this high clock speeds without doing anything..

Is there any way I can fix this? or is this just natural on 900 series cards?
